Return Policy

Customers may return most products for a refund. All products must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return. Customer must pay return shipping. Orders over $500.00 are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Orders in excess of $2,000, OR orders that are custom manufactured, REX-BAC-T^® Technologies will have the right to refuse returns as these products may not be usable for resale. If item(s) are in pristine, brand-new, re-sellable condition and considered returnable, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

For those products that are returnable, the products must be unused and safely packaged to prevent physical damage to the product with a copy of the original packing slip, safety data, and product data sheet inside the returned package. Items may only be returned if they are unopened and unused. If items received free shipping, the outgoing shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Failure to comply with these steps may void the RMA.

Refund RMA requests must be received by REX-BAC-T^® Technologies within 30 days from the date of purchase to be valid. All products must be returned unused and in good condition.

Product Warranty

REX-BAC-T^® Technologies warrants its products manufactured and sold against defective materials and workmanship and the bacteria and enzymes are non-pathogenic, minimum gram positive count and laboratory certified for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.

The foregoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all warranties whether written, oral or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

As Purchasers, exclusive remedy for any defects in the product, REX-BAC-T^® Technologies will exchange or replace the product during the warranty period. Purchaser agrees that in no event will REX-BAC-T^® Technologies be liable on any claims exceeding the purchase price actually received by REX-BAC-T^® Technologies for the product in question.
